How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your order's journey to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations need to be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email us at info@ashngrit.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
I haven't received my order confirmation. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at info@ashngrit.com and we'll resend it.
SIZING & FIT
How does your sizing run?
Each product is designed with a specific fit in mind, slim, standard, or oversized. Check the product description and individual size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.
What if my item doesn't fit?
No worries. We offer free exchanges within Australia within 30 days of delivery. Head to our returns page for the full process.
Do you restock sold-out sizes?
Some popular sizes restock periodically, others are limited drops that won't return. Sign up to our newsletter or follow @ashngrit on Instagram to be the first to know about restocks and new releases.

How should I care for my Ash and Grit gear?
To keep your gear performing at its best:
Cold wash with similar colours
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
Hang dry where possible, avoid tumble drying
Iron inside out on a low setting if needed
Detailed care instructions are also on the label of each product.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region. See our shipping page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Australian orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. International delivery times vary by region, usually 7-21 business days.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items with tags attached. Free exchanges within Australia. Full details on our returns page.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
