Every brand starts somewhere. Ours started with a problem.

We were tired of fitness brands that didn't get it. Brands designed in boardrooms by people who'd never finished a heavy set. Brands where the marketing was louder than the product. Brands chasing trends instead of building something that actually lasts.

So we built our own.

THE BEGINNING

Ash & Grit was founded in Australia by people who train. We started with a simple idea — make gear that performs as hard as the people wearing it. No fluff, no gimmicks, no gym fashion that falls apart after a month.

Just quality pieces, built with intention, designed to be worn into the ground.

THE NAME

The name came from a feeling. That moment in a session when everything in you wants to stop. The lungs are burning, the legs are dead, the voice in your head is telling you it's enough.

But you keep going.

That's grit. The ash is what's left behind — the proof you didn't quit.
