We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

ITEM CONDITION

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
Free from any damage, marks, or signs of wear
In original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet these conditions.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at info@ashngrit.com with your order number and the reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within Australia. Email us to arrange an exchange and we'll send out the replacement once we receive your original item.

International exchanges incur a return shipping fee. Get in touch for details.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

EXCLUSIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
